Please be aware that all services are non-refundable. Products may be exchange for equal or greater value within 3 days. There are no refunds for rendered services but I will do the best to accommodate you.
Refunds and returns
Please refrain from bringing kids, guests or pets to your appointment and they can all be a distraction from your relaxing appointment.
Due to increase in demand for the Holiday season, I require a 3 day (72hr) notice for any reschedules or cancelations. Any appointment canceled less than 3 days will result in a $75 cancellation fee regardless of the appointment type or reason. Fee is due prior to rescheduling any appointment. Due to this demand, I cannot guarantee to fit you back on my books until January 3, 2023 if any adjustments are made to this booking.
Please arrive on time to your appointments, as arriving late can interfere with achieving the best results. If not enough time is permitted to complete the service, 50% of the appointment will be charged to the credit card on file and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. There is a 15 minute grace period.
Children and guests
HOLIDAY POLICY (Effective November 21st through January 1st)
We require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the appointment total.
Full price will be charged for No-Shows. No-Shows cannot be rebooked unless there is a prepayment.
If you’re needing to change the date you scheduled, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancelled after 24 hours, you will be charged cancellation fee. While I understand things can come up unexpectedly, these policies are put in place to be able to run my business.
If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. Out of respect and consideration for your artist and other customers, please do your best to be on time. Any client arriving after 15 minutes from their appointment time will be considered a missed appointment and result in 100% of service charge and blocked from booking.
A credit card will be required to hold appointments, failure to provide one may result in your appointment being canceled. The card is only to secure the reservation. We won't charge anything to your card. If you remove or place an invalid card on file to avoid cancelation and/or late fees and we are unable to charge you, you will be sent an invoice. If payment is not sent, you will be banned from booking and will be unable to book again until payment is made.
